By Laws of Saddle Ridge Property Owners Association

By Laws of SRPOA
The Saddle Ridge Property Owners Association (SRPOA) is the developer for the Saddle Ridge community. The SRPOA is responsible for the maintenance of roads and amenities in Saddle Ridge.  The SRPOA collects assessments and disburses funds to accomplish these responsibilities.

Billing for property assessments is invoiced annually.  SRPOA fiscal year is July 1 to June 30. A property
is not considered developed until the home is habitable, then the assessment increases from undeveloped lot fee status to developed lot fee status.

Current annual assessment fees are $300 for an undeveloped lot and $600 for a developed lot. When a property owner is ready to build a new home, there is a $5,000 Road Impact Fee.
