Saddle Ridge Covenants and Restrictions (C&Rs)

As each property owner closed on their parcel of land, their signature indicates agreement with the "Land Use Restrictions, Protective Covenants and Building Standard for Saddle Ridge" (our C&R's) dated April 6 1977.    

As of July 2022, 
the annual assessment rates for the Saddle Ridge Property Owners Association are
  • $300 per undeveloped lot
  • $600 per developed lot
The assessments are PER lot, NOT per owner. If a property owner owns multiple properties, they will be billed for each of the property assessments.  If a property owner starts building a home on an undeveloped lot, it is not considered developed until the home is habitable.

When a property owner is ready to build a new home, there is a nonrefundable Road Impact Fee of $5,000.  Contact the SRPOA at saddleridgepoa@gmail.com for up-to-date information on the fee.
