Saddle Ridge Convenants and Restrictions (C&R's)

As each property owner closed on their parcel of land, their signature indicates agreement with the "Land Use Restrictions, Protective Convenants and Building Standard for Saddle Ridge" (our C&R's) dated April 6 1977.    

As of January, 2019 
the annual assessment rates for the Saddle Ridge Property Owners Association are:
  • $250 per undeveloped lot
  • $500 per developed lot
The assessments are PER lot, NOT per owner. If a property owner owns multiple properties, they will be billed for each of the property assessments.  If a property owner starts building a home on an undeveloped lot, it is not considered developed until the home is habitable.
